Today was fire inspection day at the small apartment building in South Euclid and once again like it has been for the last 10 years Silco Fire was up for the task at hand as they always are where my inspections are concerned. The best part of the service appointment was my technician Brian. He was 10 minutes early to the appointment. He was friendly, polite and professional. He answered all my questions concerning my fire alarm system. He did the work in a timely manner as well. I could not ask for a better technician and will request Brian for all my yearly servicing of my fire alarm systems and the tagging of my fire extinguishers . Thanks again, Lisa and her little dog.

Eric West does our annual fire extinguisher inspection every year. He is absolutely pleasant to work with. Always on time and professional. Very personable. Silco does an excellent job for our business, and has for the last eight years. When I call on our representative, Fred M. I know I can COUNT on him to take care of whatever we need 100%, as well as give us knowledgeable, fast and reliable service! Example: Yesterday I called with a problem/concern that we had to have have taken care of within the next three days...he was here 1st thing this morning and scheduled service for another branch of Silco that we use. Bobby Rutherford from Silco was an excellent Tech. Not only was he here on time, and explained what he was working on he also made sure I was fully covered for my upcoming fire inspection.I called in to have my annual fire suppression system inspection. Bobby checked the emergency lights (also installed 4 new lights I had bought), fire extinguishers, fire supressuppr system, and put his sticker on everything he touched and went through. I am confident the fire marshal will be impressed when he comes in. Lastly he went over the invoice in detail letting me know what I was paying for. I could not be happier with the service. Silco is the only company I will work with from now on.
