Despite my prior written and verbal requests, Silco Fire has again entered my property without my knowledge, consent, or request. On April 11, 2025, and I received an invoice stating work was performed by an individual named Kyle Price at my place of business. I did not authorize this service, nor did I have any prior knowledge of it.
This is the SECOND incident where a Silco Fire employee has trespassed my business and performed with without my request or knowledge. Following the first unauthorized visit in April 2024, I made multiple explicit requests to:
1. Cancel all services associated with C&L Property Enterprises.
2. Be removed as a customer from your system.
3. Have all personal, financial, and access-related information permanently deleted—including debit/credit card details and building entry passcodes.
It is now evident that these requests were not honored.
I am once again demanding that Silco Fire:
1. Immediately schedule a time to remove all Silco Fire products installed on 4/11/2025 from my property with staffed supervision.
2. Cease and desist from entering my property at any time in the future. Any further entry will be considered criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code Section 2911.21(A).
3. Permanently remove all information pertaining to C&L Property Enterprises from your records—including all financial data and access credentials.
4. The two fraudulent invocies for services not requested or authorized by me totaling $519.73 be voided. I've already received the check from Silco Fire for the first fraudulent transaction and considered this matter closed.
I would like to be contacted by upper leadership immediately regarding this matter. I have also sent an email to Silco Fire and copied my attorney as well.
UPDATE: After reviewing and contacting leadership, they have taken action to remedy this issue and I appreciate their efforts.

Response from the owner:We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing your account, we discovered it was mistakenly reactivated due to an internal automation tied to inspection scheduling, which led to the unscheduled visit on April 11.
We’ve since taken the following steps:
· Permanently closed your account
· Voided the recent invoice and cleared your balance
· Removed all access codes and billing info
· Noted your file to ensure no future service is scheduled without your direct request

We had an emergency Today. Our suppression system went off and dealt with Kyle Price today on our food truck, He made us feel very comfortable with the process. He was knowledgeable, patience with our questions, thorough, unbelievably professional and very kind. He walked us through the process acutely made the process very stress free after a very stressful day. He was there within a half an hour and did a outstanding job for us. We were very pleased with his services.

Our department needed our cascade bottles hydrotested, we called to have them picked up which was done on time. A short time later I received a call from Damian (sp) who had picked them up, and he told me that the vendor that was doing the testing said it would be a month before they could get them tested. We sent 4 bottles out to be tested and he offered to bring of them back since it was going to take longer than expected to get them in. Ultimately we decided to keep all 4 bottles together and have them tested at the same time. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of Damian and Silco in thinking about how this complication would affect our business. (The bottles were tested in about 2 weeks and brought back by Damian). Damian was polite, professional and very helpful throughout this whole process.
