We had a great experience with Silco. It was easy to get scheduled, and we were really happy with the Technician Anthony DePasquale. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, and made sure he answered all of my questions. We own a food truck and he made sure both owners/ operators understood how to activate the fire suppression system. He really went above my expectations. Silco is a trusted name and this is why! Highly recommend them.

James Moon did service on our oven hood. The company where he did the service is a 24/7 children's facility. He was very respectful and worked around some extra demands from the facility. He was polite and playful with the children and staff! He also completed tje work in a timely fashion.

We have used Silco for many years to do our annual fire extinguisher inspections. Ky Hines does our inspections every year and does a wonderful job! They are very consistent and reliable and really do what they can to keep their customers happy!

Mark Frazier was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t locate all 16 extinguishers and he was very patient as we walked around looking for them. He is genuinely a very nice guy.

The facility itself and the corresponding training equipment are absolutely fantastic. Hannah was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. Our instructor, Heath was an absolute well of knowledge and is a fantastic instructor.
