Outstanding Customer Service from Jason Myers I cannot say enough positive things about Jason Myers and the service he provides as our POC at the Logistics Squadron at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Jason has consistently been punctual, reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable every time we have needed his assistance. Whenever we reach out to him, he is incredibly responsive and will often show up the same day to take care of whatever we need. He always brings a great attitude and a true can-do mindset, making every interaction a pleasure. He is friendly, personable, dependable, and always makes sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Jason handles our fire extinguisher inspections and makes what could otherwise be a tedious process completely painless. His inspections are thorough, efficient, and professional, and his knowledge of his field is exceptional. I would absolutely consider him a subject matter expert in his area. He was well spoken, knowledge and very professional. He was able to outfit the property and even advise on specialty fire extinguishers for an xray room. I dropped it off to Ferra when I came to my appointment to pick it up. The customer service has been amazing and when I picked it up, I’ll try to pay for it. The company take care about me and literally help me. I don’t anybody for his business try to about anything about the gas anything about the fire situation? You better come here because about to care about you 100%.
