Very competent, professional, and flexible contractors to work with! They take the time to teach you what they are doing and answer all your questions! When is comes to projects they are extremely organized and great with time management.

Special shout out to Seth Traugh for being an amazing technician and Jason Deptula for being a great project manager. They both go out of their way to help their customers and do everything they can to make sure the work is done right.

I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!! I am a small business that paid over $25,000 for a fire alarm system install and camera system in 2019. Every year since then, I paid them to inspect the system to make sure it was operating properly.
They are now telling me that they installed something backwards and I need to pay to have them fix it (despite me paying them to do the initial install and they are the ones that made the error). A trip service charge is understandable but a labor charge to fix an error that was made by the company is UNACCEPTABLE AND A RIP OFF!!!!! Silco has been the only business that I allowed to touch my system since the install. I will not be using them again!!! THEY HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

After a really rocky start with scheduling and an absent sales rep after signing, I had a very positive experience with the install team. They were on punctual, very neat, and very responsive to my questions about everything. Richard L and Dakota were a joy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Hired Silco to do the full fire and alarm systems inspection for my church. They were very professional and answered all my questions during the inspection. Walked me through the process as they found deficiencies and were able to address several issues while still on site. The scheduling department was great in working with me to start the inspections as early as 6:30 and the billing department provided estimates on the additional issues they found within 30 mins. of the inspections. Great service and teamwork all the way around.

When my electronic gate malfunctioned I called Silco. I had always used a different company for any gate issues but they had closed down and Silco took over their client list. I was somewhat reluctant because I have never used this company before. I was quickly put at ease after talking with Travis at Silco! Just from my explanation of what my gate was doing he was able to pinpoint the issue! He sent technicians out to assess the problem and they explained in detail what the problem was that was causing the gate to malfunction. A part needed to be ordered but Travis wasn’t comfortable making us wait so he went above and beyond to locate the part asap! The technicians (knowledgeable, personable and professional!) had my gate up in running in no time!! The weather was terrible the day they repaired the gate, raining and snowing, I asked the technician if he’d rather wait until the weather cleared up but he said it was no problem at all! And the cost was very reasonable!! I highly recommend this company!! While I’m sorry a business closed, I’m very happy that Silco now handles their clients! They definitely go above and beyond in customer satisfaction! It was a pleasure doing business with them from the first phone call to the completion of the job!! They will have my business for any future issues!
