Dave Findley

Dave grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dave joined Silco 27 years ago and has worked in many positions within the company, allowing him to relate to and understand his employees’ perspectives. Dave has been a General Manager for 20 years and has played a key role in the start-up and growth of Silco’s branch offices.
