We have a large inventory of fire extinguishers at my facility and Robert Roush service us for our annual inspections and testing. He provided us with great service and I appreciate his attention to detail and his attitude while at my facility.

I've stopped by Silco's Centerville location on a couple occasions. I've walked away both times thinking, wow, those are nice people who are committed to their customers. Keep up the great work!

Robert Roush completed our building's fire extinguisher inspection last year and did an outstanding job. During this year's inspection, Robert was able to complete the inspection within 2 days and was able to return the extinguishers that needed service within 1 week. I would highly recommend both Silco and Robert for fire extinguisher service!

Our company worked with Silco on two commercial projects recently. The project manager, Terrell, assigned to our projects was terrific to work with. We really appreciated the great communication he provided during scheduling, work completion, and inspections for these projects. He was always quick to return our calls and always kept us updated on the work and inspections statuses. Overall a very professional experience from start to finish. We will definitely be using Silco again for future projects and will ask for Terrell.

Great training opportunity with Silco! Our instructor Heath provided a great environment for learning and engagement.

Members of our fire department took a class with Heath. The educational opportunity was great and was the first time most of us were able to put hands on fire suppression equipment in a training environment, and we all have 15 plus years in the fire service. I would recommend this class for anyone in the fire service, looking to improve.

Wonderful service! I needed a home fire extinguisher recharged. I took it to Silco, walked in, and asked. The technician said "give me five minutes." Five minutes later, I was all set.

J Sands called in early morning of 8/31/25. Found issues with water in strobe and pull station. Replaced with new and reset system. Troubleshooting and got our system back in running status. Worked very well with us got us back up working alarm service

Patrick did a very thorough job walking the building and coordinating our extinguishers for our trucks as well

They aren't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. We enjoy the freedoms of not being bound by contracts. They are incredibly thorough, reliable and efficient.

After a really rocky start with scheduling and an absent sales rep after signing, I had a very positive experience with the install team. Hired Silco to do the full fire and alarm systems inspection for my church. They were very professional and answered all my questions during the inspection. Walked me through the process as they found deficiencies and were able to address several issues while still on site. The scheduling department was great in working with me to start the inspections as early as 6:30 and the billing department provided estimates on the additional issues they found within 30 mins. of the inspections. Great service and teamwork all the way around.

They call every year to schedule and make sure we are up to date, I don't need to remember. Everyone that comes out is great with our follow up date to keep all our truck moving.

When my electronic gate malfunctioned I called Silco. I had always used a different company for any gate issues but they had closed down and Silco took over their client list. I was somewhat reluctant because I have never used this company before. I was quickly put at ease after talking with Travis at Silco! Just from my explanation of what my gate was doing he was able to pinpoint the issue! He sent technicians out to assess the problem and they explained in detail what the problem was that was causing the gate to malfunction. A part needed to be ordered but Travis wasn’t comfortable making us wait so he went above and beyond to locate the part asap! The technicians (knowledgeable, personable and professional!) had my gate up in running in no time!! The weather was terrible the day they repaired the gate, raining and snowing, I asked the technician if he’d rather wait until the weather cleared up but he said it was no problem at all! And the cost was very reasonable!! I highly recommend this company!! While I’m sorry a business closed, I’m very happy that Silco now handles their clients! They definitely go above and beyond in customer satisfaction! It was a pleasure doing business with them from the first phone call to the completion of the job!! They will have my business for any future issues!
