Ashley joined the Silco family in 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees HR services and policies supporting the company’s strategic goals across all locations. With two decades of experience in the technology, government and manufacturing sectors, Ashley enhances our ability to attract, retain and develop our employees. Ashley resides in Springboro, Ohio with her husband, their five boys and two spoiled, but sweet doodles.
