We have been using Silco Fire & Security for the three years.
I’ve truly enjoyed their customer service! Jason Myers has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Always giving me the information that I need and always keeping me up-to-date on yearly changes that will need to happen.

The facility itself and the corresponding training equipment are absolutely fantastic. Hannah was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. Our instructor, Heath was an absolute well of knowledge and is a fantastic instructor.

Instructor Heath did a great job, good sense of humor and wasn’t boring. Hannah kept the facility clean and looking good, she even got lunch for our class free of charge

As a professional firefighter/ fire inspector I found this training provided by Heath at Silco’s Columbus Ohio branch very valuable. The facility is great with several labs representing many different fire alarm panels and systems, kitchen suppression systems and sprinkler systems great lecture and hands on training in all these areas. Hannah was also very great to deal with provided us with a delicious lunch and was instrumental in helping schedule our visit . I would highly recommend that any professional in the fire service whether they be inspectors , officers or line firefighters take advantage of this free training 😁👍!

Heath and Hannah were extremely accommodating and provided a spectacular course covering a wide range of topics consisting of alarm panels, kitchen suppression systems, sprinklers, extinguishers, and much more. I highly recommend this course to anyone in the fire service. It is a great resource to gain knowledge. A.W.D. Air, Water, Drain!

Rodney R has serviced extinguishers for the largest manufacturer in Springfield OH for several years and is FANTASTIC! His work is top notch and we love Silco because of him and the team he works for. Professional, experienced, HONEST! On time, easy to schedule, and is an absolute joy to work with.
