I've been working with Bob and Travis for years. It's always a pleasure. In emergencies or yearly inspections they always come through. They are efficient and kind.
Called for a fire alarm inspection. They gave us a quote of $350. They gave us an appointment time of 12:00 PM on 6/26/25. They called that morning at 8:41 am saying their employee had a flat tire. I said, "Well, isn't the appointment at 12 PM? Is he going to be late? About what time do you think?" No clear answer. Then I call back later and she tells me about 12:30 PM. At 1:09 PM I called because he wasn't yet here. That's fine. Then we go to pay the bill, they send an invoice of $380. The man was here for about 30 minutes. We call and ask why it is $30 more than the quote we received. Mary tells us that the $350 wasn't a "quote." It is the "price" of a fire alarm inspection. The $30 fee is for the portal. No one told us that. She said there's a difference in the email we have that says $350 and a quote from her. I laughed. She is condescending. Nastiest woman I've talked to for a long time. It's like I'm living in a fairy tale world today. I asked for the owner's name and number. She gave me his name and gave me a phone number right back towards her when I called. And then she laughed about it when it went to her. Every one of these people act very weird. I suggest you find someone else as they can't get quotes right. They can't get appointment times right. And they can't treat customers right. The weirdest experience I've had in many, many years. Find someone else. They aren't worth the frustration. Here's how you do it. Give the price. Show up when you say. Charge what you said. It's over. No drama. Nothing. Instead, they have wasted my time today and Mary thought that was funny too.
