Mark the service tech was outstanding. First, he was prompt- arrived at 3pm exactly to the minute. Next, he was polite, courteous and professional. He was prepared and organized., respected our time since we had patient appts every 20 minutes and we were busy. With other vendors and other techs, we have had bad experiences. Mark was terrific to deal with. !!! He made certain all our extinguishers were in proper working order, and handled any other preventive maintenance needed. Appreciate being able to rely on this. We are very satisfied with Mark’s work and the quality of the service call! Thanks.
