Bill, a native West Virginian, moved to Cincinnati in 1994 after earning his bachelor’s degree from Marietta College. With a career spanning various industries, he has leveraged technology to transform organizations. In 2006, the Cincinnati Business Courier recognized his management consulting company as the fastest-growing small business, and he was a finalist for the Top 40 Under 40 program. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and joined the Silco family in 2024 as Chief Information Officer.
