Vice President of Field Support

Brandon joined the Silco family in 2026 as Vice President of Field Support. He oversees scheduling, new accounts, job administration and alarm monitoring, supporting the company’s field operations and helping ensure customers receive responsive, reliable service. With more than 20 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence, he brings deep expertise in call center operations, vendor management and technology platforms. Brandon and his wife have two daughters and a beloved Mini Australian dog. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing and watching sports.
