Chief Financial Officer

Jen Pawelski lives in Liberty Township with her husband and their two children. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University and completed a master’s certificate program in Applied Intelligence at Mercyhurst College. As Chief Financial Officer, Jen focuses on providing financial insight and discipline to support Silco’s continued growth and investment in its people, customers, and future. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, staying active and cooking, a passion inspired by her Italian roots and love of bringing people together.
