Rich was very knowledgeable and professional. He updated my extinguishers promptly and left a voice mail the next day when the work was completed. He offered to get my extinguishers out of the car and put them back into my car when I picked them up.

I was greeted very professionally by Rich Sanford which was very refreshing because it seems as though good customer service is hard to find.
